We are looking for a Front-End Developer who thrives at the intersection of art and logic. In this position, you will support our Digital Marketing Team to translate their marketing visions into reality and ensure they are executed with technical feasibility in mind. You will collaborate cross-departmentally, including as a liaison between Marketing and our DevOps team, to bring the fine details to life for an outstanding user experience.

We are looking for someone who has a professional foundation in front-end technology, especially with JavaScript, but also HTML, CSS, and responsive design frameworks like Bootstrap, to create engaging and user-friendly digital experiences. Further, experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify) and strong skills testing, debugging, and optimizing code with an emphasis on maximum performance and high quality are valued for this role.

Your key contributions in this role will be:

• Develop, optimize, and maintain responsive web pages using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap / Tailwind.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and marketing teams to implement interactive and visually appealing web features.
• Integrate APIs to enhance functionality and streamline user experiences.
• Work with platforms such as HubSpot, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft SharePoint, Shopify, and NetSuite to support marketing and e-commerce initiatives.
• Ensure cross-platform compatibility and optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to front-end code and performance.
• Collaborate on UI/UX improvements with a focus on usability and customer satisfaction.
• Communicate bugs and feature enhancements with the DevOps team to ensure continuous improvement.
• Improve site SEO through script bundling and performance optimization

We are looking for candidates with the below experience and skills, however, even if you do not meet all the listed requirements, very interested candidates should still apply:

• 3-5 years of experience in front-end development
• Highly skilled in JavaScript and Bootstrap / Tailwind
• Proficient in HTML, CSS
• Experience with API integration
• Strong understanding of web development best practices, including responsive design
• Familiarity with HubSpot, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft SharePoint, Shopify, and NetSuite
• Experience working in e-commerce or B2B environments
• Portfolio or work samples showcasing your web development projects
• Experience with Figma
• Experience with SPA frameworks (React, Angular, or Blazor)
• Knowledge of GoldCast or similar platforms
• Any experience with C# and back-end development

Competitive Compensation Includes:

This position is a salaried, full-time position, with the option to work hybrid or in-person at our Salt Lake City office. The pay is based on skills and experience, starting at $70,000 - $80,000 annual salary, plus the generous benefits listed below.
