GoEngineer is hiring a MES Solutions Engineer for a pre-sales role focused on DELMIAWORKS manufacturing software. You'll partner with our sales team on longer-term customer engagements, contribute to scoping larger deals, and provide technical support and post-sales assistance.

Your key contributions in this role will be:

• Provide technical pre-sales support for DELMIAWORKS, working alongside the sales team throughout longer-term engagements.

• Partner with Account Managers to qualify opportunities and develop technical sales strategies. Lead discovery meetings to understand customers' manufacturing processes, business requirements, and operational challenges.

• Deliver tailored DELMIAWORKS demonstrations covering production management, inventory, quality, scheduling, supply chain, reporting, and operational visibility.

• Translate customer requirements into solution approaches and implementation strategies, and support technical evaluations, proofs of concept, RFPs, RFIs, and proposals.

• Identify integration opportunities between ERP, MES, CAD, PLM, CRM, automation systems, and other business applications.

• Collaborate with Professional Services on project handoffs and implementation alignment, and with Customer Success to support customers during early adoption.

• Build relationships with vendor partners, with coaching and support from the team as you get started.

• Support webinars, trade shows, customer events, and other marketing initiatives. Create videos and blogs to support Sales and provide self-serve customer resources.

• Keep activity and progress documented in a timely manner, and stay current on manufacturing trends, ERP and MOM/MES technologies, and competitive solutions.

We are looking for candidates with the below experience and skills, however, even if you do not meet all the listed requirements, very interested candidates should still apply:

• A bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, information systems, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• At least three years of experience in manufacturing software, applications engineering, implementation consulting, solution consulting, technical sales, or a related role.

• A strong understanding of manufacturing operations and business processes, with experience in one or more of these areas: manufacturing execution systems (MES), production planning and scheduling, inventory and supply chain management, quality management systems, shop floor operations, or manufacturing reporting and analytics.

• Strong presentation, communication, and customer-facing skills, including the ability to translate technical capabilities into business value.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

• Ability and willingness to travel approximately 15-20%.
  

Competitive Compensation Includes:

$90,000-$120,000
