About this opportunity:

GoEngineer is a provider of the most compelling design platforms in the industry, deploying engineering software and 3D Printing technology to make the design process innovative, efficient, and intelligent.

GoEngineer provides engineering software and 3D printing technology for design and manufacturing. You'll work with sales representatives to show manufacturers how CATIA V5 and DELMIA NC machining on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform can address their programming needs. This is primarily a pre-sales role: you'll prepare and deliver technical demonstrations that connect a customer's machining challenges to the value of the software, including how machining fits with design, simulation and governance across 3DEXPERIENCE.

The position is fully remote, with up to 25% travel for customer-facing events and seminars. Must be based out of the USA.

Your key contributions in this role will be:

• Partner with sales representatives on customer meetings, strategy and demonstrations, presenting CATIA V5 and DELMIA NC machining capabilities in person or online to technical and nontechnical audiences.

• Show the value of machining within the broader 3DEXPERIENCE workflow, rather than demonstrating toolpaths in isolation.

• Prepare for and present at seminars, ranging from high-level overviews to technical sessions.

• Deliver standard and custom NC fundamentals training in person or online. Help troubleshoot customer issues with installation, programming, tooling and machine simulation alongside the support team.

• Visit customer facilities to understand their equipment, parts and programming processes; share what you learn with technical colleagues.

• Create videos or tutorials about software capabilities and keep up with machining technologies and competing CAM solutions.

• Build fluency in capabilities beyond your existing expertise, including machine simulation, validation and automation.

We are looking for candidates with the below experience and skills, however, even if you do not meet all the listed requirements, very interested candidates should still apply:

• Hands-on CNC programming experience with CATIA V5 machining workbenches. DELMIA machining experience on 3DEXPERIENCE is especially valuable.

• The ability to turn a customer's stated or unstated needs into a clear, relevant technical demonstration and explain the value of a solution.

• Confidence presenting technical material and working independently to prepare for customer conversations.

• Working knowledge of CNC machining, including cutting tools, workholding and machine setup, will help you connect software workflows to the shop floor. Most customers focus on milling; familiarity with turning, mill-turn, machine simulation, NC code generation or post-processors would also be useful.
