About this opportunity:

You will serve as a technical pre-sales and customer enablement resource focused on SOLIDWORKS solutions, helping prospects and customers understand how design technology can solve real engineering challenges. In this hybrid role, you will support demonstrations, technical conversations, training delivery, and content development while partnering closely with sales and customer-facing teams across the region.

GoEngineer is a provider of the most compelling design platforms in the industry, deploying engineering software and 3D printing technology to make the design process innovative, efficient, and intelligent. As part of our team, you will help represent that value through clear communication, practical technical guidance, and a strong customer-facing presence.

Your key contributions in this role will be:

• Deliver pre-sales demonstrations and participate in technical discovery conversations to help customers evaluate SOLIDWORKS solutions.

• Support the sales team on technical calls by translating engineering and software capabilities into clear, practical business value.

• Develop technical content and other materials that help educate prospects and customers.

• Lead or support mentoring sessions for current customers to strengthen adoption and ongoing success.

• Deliver customer training, including live classes, as part of the role's core responsibilities.

• Build strong working relationships with account representatives and other internal partners across the territory.

• Represent GoEngineer professionally in customer-facing settings and help create a positive experience across technical interactions.

• Participate in live events and other customer engagement opportunities to observe, support, and eventually lead presentations.

• Progress through required certifications and training milestones to expand your technical and instructional capabilities.

• Manage multiple priorities independently and proactively identify the next opportunity to contribute.

• Help address customer concerns with professionalism, sound judgment, and effective de-escalation when challenges arise.

• Contribute in a flexible, self-directed environment where the day-to-day work evolves based on customer needs and team priorities.

Education Required:

• 2-year or 4-year degree in engineering or a related technical field is preferred.

• Equivalent technical background may also be considered.

We are looking for candidates with the below experience and skills, however, even if you do not meet all the listed requirements, very interested candidates should still apply:

• Background in engineering or a closely related technical discipline.

• Experience with CAD software is strongly preferred.

• Experience with SOLIDWORKS is ideal, though candidates with other CAD backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

• Ability to learn and refine SOLIDWORKS skills as part of onboarding and development.

• Comfort presenting technical concepts to a range of audiences.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain software and technology clearly.

• Confidence supporting customer conversations in both pre-sales and post-sale environments.

• Ability to prioritize work, manage multiple tasks, and operate effectively without constant direction.

• Interest in training, mentoring, or technical instruction is valuable.
  

Competitive Compensation Includes:

$60,000 - $80,000 annually
