GoEngineer is looking for a Help Desk Technician I to join our team. GoEngineer is headquartered in Salt Lake City, UT and has sales and training centers throughout the United States. We offer competitive salary, benefits, and career path options, in a casual work environment.

The Help Desk Technician I will serve as the first point of contact for internal users, providing Tier-1 technical support and ensuring smooth access to core IT services.

Your key contributions in this role will be:

• Deliver frontline technical support and assistance to end users.

• Perform basic account administration and access support.

• Troubleshoot authentication and connectivity issues.

• Maintain documentation and collaborate on issue escalation.

• Assist with onboarding and technology setup for new users.

We are looking for candidates with the below experience and skills, however, even if you do not meet all the listed requirements, very interested candidates should still apply:

Education & Experience

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, or at least 1-2 years industry equivalent experience.

Technical Skills

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 services and Azure Entra ID.

• Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems

• Basic knowledge of macOS operating systems preferred but not required.

• Strong customer service mindset with effective verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing and prioritizing multiple requests.
  

Competitive Compensation Includes:

This is a salaried position with the benefits outlined below. We’re looking for the right fit, and we evaluate total compensation based on experience and skills alignment.

The hourly amount for this position is between $26.44-$28.84

This position is full-time, Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm, This is an in-office or hybrid role working out of our headquarters near Salt Lake City, Utah.
