Talent Acquisition Specialist

GoEngineer is a provider of the most compelling design platforms in the industry, deploying engineering software and 3D Printing technology to make the design process innovative, efficient, and intelligent.
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to recruit top talent across the and Canada and the United States. This role is responsible for full-cycle recruiting across all of GoEngineer’s open roles, serving as a trusted advisor to Hiring Managers and Senior Leadership.
Your key contributions in this role will be:
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Create and post job descriptions and advertisements Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, and direct outreach.
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure accurate, timely updates.
- Screen and interview candidates, assessing qualifications and alignment with job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
- Provide guidance to managers on recruitment best practices.
- Monitor and recommend improvements to recruiting policies, offers, and candidate experience.
- Support pre-screening and background check processes.
- Stay current on industry trends and maintain professional networks.
- Participate in special projects and additional HR activities as needed to support the team.
We are looking for candidates with the below experience and skills, however, even if you do not meet all the listed requirements, very interested candidates should still apply:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in a Talent Acquisition Capacity
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms.
- Skilled in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Competitive Compensation Includes:
- Competitive pay, based on experience. Our range for this role is $65,000-$75,000.
