CAD License Support

Your key contributions in this role will be:
The CPE License Support role is primarily responsible for providing the following functions for our employees and customers:
- Incoming case management by email and phone
- Logging, updating, and tracking customer cases
- Investigation of customer issues and questions
- Troubleshooting via remote session, phone call, email etc.
- Technical research for solutions ie. searching knowledgebase(s), replication testing and validation, remote support and peer collaboration
- Creating and managing Service Requests through Dassault Systemes portal
- Determining and Logging Bug Reports (BR)
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Additionally, the CPE License Support role works to develop long-term relationships with our customers by providing excellent support, communication and being proactive with solving problems.
We are looking for candidates with the below experience and skills, however, even if you do not meet all the listed requirements, very interested candidates should still apply:
SKILLS
- Efficient keyboard typing and capability with Windows OS
- Proficiency with MS Office applications
- CAD/CAM/PDM/PLM software and industry awareness
- Experience with Dassault Systemes applications a plus
- Ability to convey technical concepts to an audience with a broad range of backgrounds
- Highly motivated and passionate about new technology
- Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated, highly detailed
- Creative, always striving to improve and learn more
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science preferred
- 5+ years’ experience with computers, Windows OS, and typing
- 5+ years' experience with windows registry, firewalls, common plug-ins, antivirus, anti mal-ware applications, and networking
- Interpersonal Skills such as telephony skills, communication skills, active listening, and customer care
- Proven experience troubleshooting hardware and software
